Damages or defects If your order is delivered damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 727-202-8961 within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. A picture of your damage or defect may be required.
